Pretty big story in the Plain Dealer about the future of the Flats, and how many stakeholders are seeing the prime opportunity we as a city have in front of us.

Working down there now over the past six months (from time to time) it's really incredible. Aging infrastructure, industry giants, residential concerns, recreational goals, green space planning, et cetera. Quite a mountain to climb, but when we get there, what a glorious peak it's going to be.
